Beauty

Ladies, let me just make you aware of something...

you DON’T have to be naked to be beautiful.

beauty is something that you naturally are.

also, know that when you are naked, you are beautiful. 

cause beauty isn’t something you make,

beauty is something that you naturally are.

self conscious can come in mini-skirts or the mirror after you shower at home. know where beauty lies, know that it resides within you. 

Do not be afraid to let it out; the ugliness in the world fears your realization of this. your inner beauty will cause it’s dissipation.

A Little Wisdom From Me To My Cousin

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

Proverbs 4:24

“Let your eyes look straight ahead; fix your gaze directly before you. Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways.” v. 25,26

You have to focus on what’s in front of you, and what God has for you, and what future holds…not on the desire your heart has created. you have to be careful about your actions and consistent with them.  
Us horace women, we are successful, strong willed and beautiful; but, we like hard and love harder, and are known for dysfunctional love lives

 i could tell you that it will go away eventually, time will heal wounds, he’s so far away, is he even saved, nows not the time…etc. etc. etc. but now isn’t the time for all that and you surely don’t want to hear it….because you already know these things.

i’ll just let you be angry and hurt for a while, and vent on tumblr. guys who steal your heart and break it are just part of it. you have to learn it’s not always the a-holes and jerks, sometimes nice guys are the worst culprits… but we get used to hoping in potential and possibilities but they are not as concrete as wisdom…and surely not as realistic as the pain you will feel for waiting on a maybe. So, it’s a lesson learned. your heart is invaluable. SO you have to guard it. better a little pain now and a cracked heart, than a whole lot of pain later and a shattered one.

Marriage

Marriage is one of the most beautiful things to exist.

it’s symbolism runs deeper than society comprehends. it is symbolic of God’s love for us; of His commitment to loving us consumingly. He promises us forever, and He means it. what an honor to be the bride of Christ…and to eventually represent that as the bride of my husband.

Guarded Heart

my mind is a fortress because my heart is over eager. That's why the heart needs to be guarded with all diligence.

Bad vs. Beautiful

I don’t want to be “bad”; I want to be *beautiful*

pretty is how you look; beautiful is who you are

attractiveness can be seen; true beauty is experienced

to be “bad” is one thing, but to be genuinely beautiful is in another category completely.

sightless, soundless: heartfelt beauty

 

To see someone’s beauty with your eyes sealed shut, cracking the crevice of slit lids only to steal the sunrise of their smile

to unstitch the tightly sewn cross of your heart so that it may freely bask in the beauty one person exudes; a loveliness so massive the law of physics require it to attract it’s own gravitational pull of wonderment, whisking your happiness in tow

to, with closed ears, hear the melodic vibration of compassion so furious it’s intensity pulsates platelets to the beat of the most sincere of affections

this, this is depth.

Beauty seen with the eyes is only a preliminary taste to the flavor of beauty felt with the soul
